I'll be honest I'm brand new to it and there's a few things I'm still trying to figure a few things out like being able to right click and save as to download files, but set up a wordpress or blogger account, a lot of it will be explained through that, sign up to yousendit.com or box.net, upload mp3's from your computer from there and once you have the link use this code:
